Terms of Service

• CRX is an invite-only network. We may approve or decline any request to join.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian's permission.
• You must give accurate information about yourself, your roles, your skills, and your certifications, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post, send, or upload anything that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies, or discriminates against anyone;
• is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• is false, misleading, or impersonates another person or business;
• infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
• is spam, unsolicited advertising, or malicious software.

You can block any member and report content or members from their profile. We review reports promptly, generally within 24 hours, and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including messages, profile details, and uploaded documents. You give DaoWay, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the right to share anything you upload.

• If you join a shop, the shop's owner and managers can see your skills, roles, goals, activity, and certifications, suggest goals, and post bulletins to your feed. You can leave a shop at any time.
• The shop's owner and managers must use member information only to support and manage their team, and must review certifications honestly.
• A certification marked "verified" reflects a review of the document provided by the shop's owner and managers. We do not independently confirm credentials with issuing organizations.

Mentors and members share their own experience. Guidance received through the Service is not professional, legal, safety, or employment advice. Always follow manufacturer repair procedures, applicable regulations, and your employer's policies.

Do not misuse the Service: do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with or overload the Service, scrape or collect member information, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect other members or the Service.

Some features are offered as part of an early access test. These features are still in development, may change or be removed, and may not always work as expected. One of these tests lets participating shops manage their team on CRX. If you join a participating shop, that shop sets how visible your profile is to the rest of the network while you're on its team, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you give us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you agree that DaoWay, LLC may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DaoWay, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the conduct or content of any member. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to $100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app or by email; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
